What Causes Constant Movement And Grumbling In Stomach With Diarrhea?

Why do I feel a lot of movement and grumbling in my stomach? I ve also been gassy and had little diarrhea. Yesterday, me and my boyfriend gave each other oral and I was careful, I tried not to let any sperm close to my vagina since I m not on any birth control. What s happening??

I really appreciate your concern, intestine infection could be very likely condition and this can be well managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400mg" twice in day for five days, this may not be pregnancy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
