What Causes Constant Nausea After Eating?

I ate a sandwich at subway on Sunday and that evening I vomited (and mostly the tomato and turkey on the sandwich. I only vomited once but i have had a bit of nausea each day so far......nothing that makes me vomit but just nausea. Anything I can take for this?

Hello,

It seems you have developed severe gastritis.Since you have had only one episode of vomitting and no other symptoms,it doesn't seem like food poisoning.I would advise you to take an antacid like tab ranitidine to relieve the nausea.
