What Causes Constant Nausea And Diarrhea Along With Hot Flushes?

I just fell nauseated most of the time. I do not fell like eating because nothing sounds good, Please under stand I am over weight by about 100 lbs and love to eat.my whole body dose not fell good tired, week and I fell hot a lot like i am sunburned.I am not and do not have a temp.It is not hot flashes unless I m going through menopause again Don t think so.also have diarrhea on and of.
