What Causes Constant Nausea, Stomach Sickness And Fever When Diagnosed With High BP?

I have been extremely nauseated for more than a week. I went to my regular doctor. I told him that I had been sick to my stomach and running a fever off and on over a week. My blood pressure happened to be high and he would not even listen to my symptoms of why I even went. I have already had my gallbladder removed, so I know it is not the problem. I am nauseated 24/7.
