What Causes Constant Nausea?

Hi started this morning. Nauesous. After a couple cups of coffee I coughed and felt really sick at my stomach. thought I was going to throw up but didn t. Proceeded to get ready for work and go . Felt aliitle ill. No fever. No pain. Went for lunch a simple turkey sandwich couldn t finish it. I always eat a good lunch an dinner. Gagged after a couple bites. Same thing for dinner and i m really hungry. Took a few bites and gagged couldn t finish.??????

you are suffering from acid peptic disorder.
take digene syrup thrice daily after food.
u can also take h1 inhibitors like ranitidine or proton pump inhibitors like panto D,omeprazole etc.
avoid tea coffee chillies,spicy and oily food.
drink cold milk twice daily.
take small frequent meals.
drink plenty of water.
chew your food properly.
maintain a gap of 1hr between food and sleep
wish you good health
