What Causes Constant Nose Bleeds And Suffering With Bronchitis?
I HAVE HAD BRONCHITIS FOR 3 WEEKS - LAST THURSDAY MY NOSE STARTED BLEEDING & WOULDNT STOP. WENT TO ER WAITED 1 1/2 HR ALL THE TIME BLEEDING & SPITTING OUT BLOOD. DR PUT ROD IN NOSTRIL TO STOP THE BLEEDING - HAD TO STAY FOR 2 DAYS - THIS WAS SO PAINFUL. I HAVE BEEN BACK TO ER TWICE AFTER THAT. CONSTANT NOSE BLEEDS THAT R TAKING LONGER TO GET TO STOP. YEST 3 SEPARATE NOSE BLEEDS TAKING 1 1/2 - 2 WITH NOSE CLIP TO GET TO STOP. DO U KNOW WHY I AM HAVING ALL THESE NOSE BLEEDS? I HAVE NEVER HAD NOSEBLEED BEFORE - I AM 63 YRS OLD - TAKE NO MEDICATIONS - IN GOOD HEALTH. CAN U HELP?

Are u from abroad and are u on warfarin. They will check your inr. Apart from it it can be bad viral infection which can give rise to bleeding. Bleeding needs to be stopped by medication or nasal packs or radiofrequency cautery. They may stop your wayfaring for a while. So rule our dangerous viral infection where platelet count goes down
