Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Constant Numbness And Tingling In Right Hand?
I have constant numbness and tingling in my right hand pinkie and the next finger sometimes it actually aches into the palm of my hand. What can be the cause of this? I am right handed and have had trigger finger release as well as Carol tunnel syndrome both surgery corrected.
Numbness and tingling sensation on the pinkie and the ring finger are due to the ulnar nerve. Probably the ulnar nerve of the right hand is being pinched on the way down to the hand. You will need a good visit to determine the level of the impingement and which is the possible cause and needed treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
