What Causes Constant Pain At Back Of The Thigh When Suffering From Anxiety?

I was put on Losartan 50 mg once a day starting last week (seen an improvement in my BP already), but I also have a bacterial infection (i'm on antibiotics for 10 days, 2 pills twice a day). I have anxiety disorder, but I do not like to take medication for it, and I've had it under control for some time with meditation and breathing exercises. Since I"ve started taking Losartan...my anxiety is through the roof, I constantly have a fever (am always warm to the touch and look flushed), and I've recently starting have a dull constant pain the back of my thigh. I have not been able to work out very much since being just worn down, so I know I have not pulled a muscle or anything. With my anxiety so high I am very worried it's a blood clot, but it hasn't moved (has been in the same spot)...more by the hamstring but closer to inside of leg. Just some reassurance would be great.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that this could be due to the anxiety and depression such functional elements plays the greater role in all the symptoms, in my opinion better to stop taking the antibiotic, hope this information helps you.
