What Causes Constant Pain Below The Knees?

I have constant strong pain in my lower legs( both)-below knee since beginning of August 2016. This pain happens while I am sitting on chair in my office from 9 am to 6 pm ( but not tossing my legs), very difficult to work in office. I do not feel this pain while walking . Very Less while standing. Pin in legs is high intensity during day and very mild in night even I am resting I am Not tossing my legs before and after sleeping in night. But my doctor has diagnosed me for restless leg syndrome ???Whether thdignosis is okay ? The doctor precribed me Ubicar and Gabaneuron NT and Pletoz 50. My question is how long it takes to effect these medicines , I am 54 years male. rgds Balraj

Tendinitis: pain in the front of the knee that is made worse when climbing, taking stairs, or walking up an incline. bursitis: inflammation caused by repeated overuse or injury of the knee. chondromalacia patella: damaged cartilage under the kneecap. gout: arthritis caused by the buildup of uric acid.
