What Causes Constant Pain In Fingers?

In 2011 I was diagnosed with c 4-5 neural foraminal compromise. The pain on my right neck and arm comes and goes but most recently 2 weeks it is constant pain with numbness down to my little finger, and ring finger. Any suggestions. Dr. cked for stroke and came back negative.
