What Causes Constant Pain In Hands?

About 5 weeks ago I was using a chainsaw and cut down a few trees. Starting the next day I had the "Kung Fu Grip." Well over the past 5 weeks the grip part went away but my hands have not been the same since. There is constant pain to the point it keeps me awake at night. The pain radiates from my elbows to my finger tips. This morning all four of my knuckles were swollen and red. The only relief I get is running them under warm to hot water or cracking them if I can bend them back that far. it has gotten so bad in the past two days that sometimes when I grip something or twist a cap it feels like an electrical shock went through my hand an forearm. Whats wrong with me!?!?!?!
