What Causes Constant Pain In Heels Radiating Up To The Buttocks?

My left leg was badly bruised (black as the ace of spades) in a near-fatal accident two years ago and now it feels as though there s a string tightly tied around my leg just below the knee joint and there s also a constant ache/pain from the heel up into the buttocks. Also can t raise the leg very high and the left foot turns slightly outward. Any suggestions?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

This sounds like a neural injury and you should get it investigated because if there is a surgical cause, then it can be corrected.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
