What Causes Constant Pain In Left Ovary And Swelling?

Hello....Woke up Saturday morning with pain in my left ovary....today is Monday still have the pain...Not worse but not better. Best way I can describe it, it feels like it is swollen. Hurts alot when I cough or laugh...I can walk ok and can bend my leg...otherwise it remains a constant annoying pain. I have no other symptoms. I'm not pregnant or ever have been as never had sex with a man. And this pain is not associated with sex. No headaches, no discharge, no problem urinating, nothing! Other than being in a bad mood because of it.I have a high tolerance for pain. I don't even take pills for a headache unless it's absolutely necessary. In this case, I have taken 2 Naproxen (500mg) within the last 8 hours which I know is an anti inflammatory, that my girlfriend had left over from an illness a while back.There has been no real change to speak of. I am unemployed so dont have insurance naturally do not want to rack up a hospital debt I cant pay for nothing.Can you please offer any advice?
