What Causes Constant Pain In Legs And Ankle Joints?

Ii have constant pain in my legs and ankle joints I am 62 female work 4o hrs week as a school caretaker its a very phisical job but I fell 6 months ago and kept working iv now being told I have torn a tendon but why the leg pain and in both ankles that has only appeared the last 3 month I am alone n have to work so have no option thankyou

well if you are diagnosed with a torn tendon, its not a good decision to continue with your normal daily job without going to an ORTHOPAEDICIAN...

you should have consulted and followed the advice of the doctor...

also as per your age, osteoarthritis or even osteoporosis can be a possibility and that should be taken care of....

i would ask you to visit the doctor as soon as possible...
let him run his tests and other investigations....
the diagnosis will be made....
and the treatment will be started...
