What Causes Constant Pain In Lower Abdomen With History Of Hysterectomy?

Hi. I ve been having pain almost all day in my lower abdomen. I ve had a hysterectomy years ago. Feel a little nauseated, not bad tho. Not hungry. Get the urge to urinate, drinking water, hurts to go to bathroom. Feel like my insides want to fall out when I go to bathroom. Pain is starting going into left back area too. Right side hurts into top of my right leg. Thank you for time!
