What Causes Constant Pain In Ovary Area?

I AM 49 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE A CONSTANT PAIN IN MY OVARY AREA. I ve HAD TEST DONE ABOUT 13 YEARS AGO THAT DETERMINED I HAVE ENDOMETRIOSIS. I ve ALSO HAD A PARTIAL HYSTERECTOMY SINCE THEN. RECENTLY, THE PAIN WAS SO SEVERE I COULD NOT WALK WHEN I GOT UP IN THE MORNING AND NOW I M HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY BOWEL BEING COMPACTED. REGARDLESS OF ALL THE FIBER, FRUITS AND VEGGIE I EAT. THE ONLY RELIEF I GET IS WITH A LAXATIVE (MILK OF MAGNESIUM). IS THERE A CONNECTION?

Hello
I think pain is mainly due to constipation only you should go for ultrasound to confirm diagnosis.
Instead of milk of magnesium you can take triphala powder 1-2 tsp with water at bed time.
consult to local ayurveda specialist for investigations & diagnosis.
