I had an abortion 3 days ago and am experiencing really sharp pains in my pelvic floor area. Should I be concerned? The clinic I went to don t provide antibiotics post abortion so could it be an infection or have they maybe they haven t removed everything? The pain is constant..

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some infection following abortion.
If there is some part left then there might be having bleeding and some discharge.
You might require one course of antibiotic for 5-7 days.
Consult your treating doctor and discuss about this.
Meanwhile you may take Meftal spas or Ibuprifen for pain.
