sir, 29year old lady suffering right side abdomen pain last 6 year. his pap test,usg, ivu, CT scan all type of blood test and berium test is normal. she is treatment under CMC VELLOR.Ptient fill now pain.What will i do give me suggestion. YYYY@YYYY

1. Since each and every evaluation of right side pain is normal thus one should follow the line of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) in such cases and you should seek an opinion of gastroenterologist in such matter.

2. Take Colospa 135 mg twice daily and a good anti depressent (fluoxetine)
