What Causes Constant Pain In The Abdomen On The Left Side?

Hello, I have a consistent pain in my left abdomen more on the back side since last 1 day. I also have a feeling of need to pass gas every now and then and feel cold and chilly. I had a similar issue 2 weeks back, that time the pain reduced after 2-3 days, but now I am worried as it has reappeared?

itcan be gastritis or renal calculi. can take tabletomiprazol unienzyme and take a course of metrogyl. ultrasound kub can be done consult urologist for examination and advise on treatment.
