What Causes Constant Pain In The Calf Muscles And Feet?
my calf muscles and feet are allways aching unless I sit down -I squashed a couple discs a 10 years back, the doc said I was lucky I dident end up in a wheel chair. I was taking 1000 mg of naprosen sr anti inflammatory a day but have given it away due to side effectsI am 70 yrs old and was a bricklayer which I gave away after the back episode,i don t think theres a magic bullet for this, I don t like taking any drugs, I prefer holistic medice

I think that it is not related to spine injury of the distant past. You should get examined by a local doctor and undergo tests for diabetes, uric acid. For safety, you may take paracetamol for pain.
