General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms can be related to many medical conditions. I recommend to do an EKG to exclude a cardiac cause. Acid reflux can also cause chest pain. In this case I often recommend PPI medication such as Omeprazole daily in the morning before breakfast.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
