General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your pain could be due to anxiety/stress, gastric upset, heart related problem, muscle spasm.
I would suggest to consult the primary care physician and undergo routine blood tests, chest x ray and USG scan to rule ot the cause.
If all the investigation comes normal then it is mainly due to emotional problem.
You can take tablet Dan-MR
Tablet pantoprazole
If persists then you can take anti anxiety drug like propranolol or etizolam.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water
Do regualr exercise like walking, yoga, breathing exercise for 45-60 minutes in the morning.
Hope this may help you

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
