What Causes Constant Pain In The Chest?
What would be causing my constant chest pain. Been going on everyday now for 3 months. Had an echo, exercise stress test, CTA, multiple ekg s, and troponin tests and x rays, all have been normal. So, what else could it be? Would anxiety cause my chest to hurt all day everyday?

as you have mentioned all your reports of heart are normal but still you have constant pain in the chest
it might be related to anxiety to some extent but not always,may be associated with lungs or gastric problems and
plese clear about other symptoms eg fever vomit or anything else
and start cap omeprazole20 bd
