What Causes Constant Pain In The Legs?

I have constant pain in both legs and they even hurt when someone touches them. Sometimes i feel like crying. I have restless sleep because i constantly have to move my legs. I aslo have a lot of pain when i try to stand up when I m in sitting position. I feel a lot of pressure in my lower back it feels like my colon is going to fall out. I aslo know I am unable to hold my urine that worries me because my grandmother died of bladder cancer and my uncle had his bladder remove. Please advise
