What Causes Constant Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?

i AM HAVING CONSISTENT PAIN - LIKE A NAGGING PAIN IN MY RIGHT LOWER BACK. i THOUGHT MAYBE I WAS GETTING A KIDNEY INFECTION OR JUST DRINKING TOO MUCH SODA. SO I HAVE BEEN DRINKING CRANBERRY JUICE AND WATER ONLY FOR 3 DAYS AND FINDING NO DIFFERENCE. TODAY I FEEL MORE DISCOMFORT IN THE FRONT ABDOMINAL AREA AS WELL. SOMETIME THE PAIN RADIATES DOWN MY RIGHT LEG. NOT AN EXCRUCIATING PAIN BUT UNCOMFORTABLE.
