What Causes Constant Pain In The Lower Extremities?

For 4 years now I have been having body aches followed prolonged aches and pain in my lower extremities. I was told I had Lupus by my PCP at the time but that was later ruled out by a second opinion. What could this be? I ve had the same feeling for 4 days.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pain symptoms then it may not be due to lupus but it may be due to fibromyalgia and it is the functional kind of disease and try to come out of this, without the help of medicine and you can do this try it hope this information helps.
