Hello!

I read your question carefully and understand your concern.

Your symptoms are a little misleading, because headache on the right part of the body is usually associated with symptoms on the left limbs.

Cervical column chronic degeneration can cause headache on the right and on the right shoulder and arm, but the headache would be much more in the back of the head than unilateral.

I recommend you to consult a neurologist, for a careful examination for neurological signs and have routine blood test for inflammation, and a cervical column xray.
I would also recommend you to consult with a rheumatologist to exclude possible rheumatological causes.

The diagnosis of fibromyalgia would be probable if all the above mentioned tests result normal.

Hope to have been of help!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
