What Causes Constant Pain In The Stomach?
I have been having continuing pain in my stomach for the past 4-5 days. I have only pooped a little bit over these days. and the pain i'm expiereincing is telling to go poop, but when i try, nothing. I'm very scared because i've never had a continuing pain for this long before. can you help me, plealse?

I appreciate your concern.
I would empirically recommend a two week course of a
PPI such as Pantoprazole and a pro kinetic
like itopride to see for improvement, if
symptoms persist then a physical exam is warranted.
