What Causes Constant Pain In The Upper Abdomen?

Over the course of the last two years I ve had off and on upper adominal stomach pains that are constant and can last for days. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to chronic gastritis.

For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, upper GI endoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation.

Till then you can take tablet pantoprazole and syp mucaine gel.

Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Avoid lying down after meals.

Do regular physical exercise

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
