What Causes Constant Pain In The Upper Ribs And Back?
I was 14 years old and I broke several bones upper ribs on my right side. I m 51 years old now and to and half months ago have been getting pain upper right ribs and around in my back. I have been in constant pain and you cant even touch it without it hurting.

It could be due to costochondritis.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and plan for an MRI scan.
