What Causes Constant Pain In Thoracic And Cervical Vertebrae?

hi.my friend is experiencing a constant dull pain in her mid thorasic vertabrea area with periodic sharp pain in her cervical vertabrea that radiates down her right arm.the pain seems to be right side oriented.dull pain is perhaps a 4 out of ten.the sharp pain is much higher.what process would you recommend to determine the cause.xray,mri,cat scan or physical therapy?other? she is 25 healthy.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the pain your friend have it need to be looked for the underlying causes and for that she has to go for imaging studies and CT and X-ray is prefarable althogugh it may be just msucular spasm and on tentative basis it can be managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofanac once in day hoep this is information helps.
