What Causes Constant Pain In Upper Abdomen, Lower Back, Hot Flashes And Weakness?

Hi, i have had constant upper abdomine pain for a week now and cramps in my lower back. i have tried taking tablets for intagestion but it does nothing. I am getting bad heat flushes and have no energy what so ever. Do you know what could be happening?

its just a stomach ache with mild tiredness of the colon...unfourtunately...you have to continue taking medication for digestion with little arrangment of your nutrition as to keep away from spicey food, caffaine drinking
