I am having a constant pain on my lower left side abdominal. Movement is painful and I have had an issue with having like a blood diarrhea for about three weeks and have an appointment to go get a colonoscopy on the 1st of November. The pain started last night, it is my only new symptom. I also have a history of Bulemia and I am a 23 year old female. I don t even now if this is real or not but I really do need some help/advice..

Hi,

Detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause for the pain.

You can consult a physician and get an ultrasound scan done to look for any lesions or any bowel related problems.

As of now you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Acetaminophen for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
