What Causes Constant Palpitations While Suffering From Anemia?

Hi, I have constant palpitations, and a feeling of cold water running through my veins. I am also quite anaemic. I have also had some chest pains and heavy bleeding every 16 days. Not one for running to the doctors all the time however not feeling great.

Hi,

The profuse bleeding you have itself increases anemia to cause increasing palpitations. Exertion contributes to it. You need to:

- Get typing of anemia done followed by specific medication by a hematologist
- Get specific treatment to stop bleeding frequently.
- Avoid over exertion.
