What Causes Constant Pressure In The Abdomen?

I am a breast cancer patient currently in reconstruction. I had no chemo or radiation, started tamoxifen last November. I also have an ms Dx that is well controlled. For about a week I am feeling an constant pressure and feel I need to move my bowels but only clear water or a little mucus is produced. I am wondering if I may have a partial obstruction. However I have no other symptoms. What do you think could be going on?

Hello dear
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have gone through your concern in depth .

@ This has no connection with tamoxifen ( as it is from november )
@ Seems related to intestinal motility disorder which may be due to
- infection via some type of bacteria or virus in food or water
- electrolyte imbalances
- developing partial obstruction
- related to some particular food item change of recent consumption
- secondaries in colon
- others
@ Need thorough clinical examination , radiology work up & management
accordingly .

Hope this will help you .
Feel free to ask any questions regarding this .
Thanks for evaluation of my answer so thoroughly .
Regards .
