Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. You should go for a urine routine examination and culture to rule out infection. In case of bacterial infection can give such symptoms. Short time urinary antispasmodic like flavoxate also will be helpful. You can take barley water or cranberry juice which helps in alkalizing urine. Urine alkalizing agents like potassium citrate syrup can be mixed with water for drinking also. These all helps to relieve the symptoms.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
