General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sometimes the overactive bladder is triggered by some types of food such coffee or tomatoes. You can help yourself by avoiding food that trigger it. Also take Ibuprofen for pain. Best checked even for urinary track infection by doing an urine sample. Catheterization is an option at the end.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
