What Causes Constant Pressure On The Left Side Of The Head?

I have constant pressure ( not pain ) on the left side of my head. It has started to go down the left side of my neck, causing somewhat of a stiff neck. pressure in my upper back teeth some pain, not bad, tolerable and often times an ear ache. No over the counter sinus medicine gives any relief. Open to any idea of how to relieve it!

Carbamazepine is a drug effective in his case. dose of 200mg / times, 2 times / day. Drink 1 week. then, reduce the dose gradually.
