What Causes Constant Pricking Sensation In The Rectum?

Hello. I 9 months ago stuck my finger up my bum, and pulled in an awkward position. This cused not only an protruding internal hemerhoid,but also a constant puckering feeling. That is a light clenching of the anus, and the anus onlyy feels in its normal state when i pull my anus in. I recently had a coloniscopy which didnt show anything,which was confusing. So this constsnt puckering feeling decrease wellbeing do you know how to solve this problem? Tome it maekes sens that the muscle is going forward and out and should be in. Ans not forward. Like some kind of braxkett that keeps it in place would help

I really appreciate your concern, the only possibility could be proctitis and it may be having some infection too, Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, if the feeling is persistence then it may not be due to any disease, re-examine of anal region is advisable hope this information helps.
