What Causes Constant Right Eye Watering While Sneezing?

For the last two days out of nowhere I will suddenly start sneezing, right eye will start watering nonstop, stuffed up, and a shooting pain from my right side of my nose up to my eye? Everything is all on my right side! It goes away after awhile but lasts for some time. Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, allergic rhinitis could be the cause of this, and in my opinion this can be well managed with, "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" three times in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
