What Causes Constant Right Side Lower Back Pain With Weak Urine Stream?

Ok ... wondering about a fairly persistent lower back ache - right side. 58 year old male ... slightly weaker urine stream vs the way it used to be. Sometimes a slight pelvic ache. Probably has something to do with the prostate gland ... not had it checked - ever.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some prostate problem like Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH )
Due to prostate problem there might be having some urinary tract infection as well causing lower back pain.
Consult urologist and get examined.
Ok and take care.
