I m.19 years old..and I have a constant problem of running nose, sneezing and cold and cough with wheezing. According to some.doctor I m suffering from asthma. My nails are total white in color, I got my blood test it always shows normal.what it is exactly?
You are suffering from constant running nose, sneezing and white nails. Your symptoms may be indicative of poor general health condition. You are suggested to get a complete medical check up done. Get all required blood tests, and imaging tests done. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected.
In the meantime, stay away from addictions like smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc., as they may trigger your symptoms. Take home made nutritious food rich in protein and minerals. Avoid taking processed food , packaged food and oily-spicy junk food. For relief, you can take non sedating antihistamines after consultation with your local doctor or health care provider.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
