What Causes Constant Shivering And Pain In Lower Back/abdomen?

Hi, i've been shivering nonstop. I don't know why. Its a constant shiver thats last for 10 minutes straight. I can't seem to stop it, and it causes pain in my lower back and my abdomen. I'm not sick, nor am I cold. I'm still young, and I don't have any diseases that I know of. What could be causing this?

Hi
Lower abdominal pain along with shivering is highly suggestive of urinary tract infection.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Get a urine routine microscopy and urine culture sensitivity done.
Consult your doctor

Thank you
