What Causes Constant Shortness Of Breath?
I have been having shortness of breath this past week. I think I am generally a healthy person just a bit nervous I am 48 about 5 ft 1 and 138 pounds I have been dieting and just signed for a kickboxing class I would like to start I am hoping this shortness of breath isn t to serious

Hello,
It should be evaluated if it is persistent.I guess you don't smoke. It may not be serious, but we should rule out some causes like cardiac for which you need to have one ECG and may need echo, and lungs for which you should get a chest X-ray done. Also, get your hemoglobin tested. Also, get examined by a local doctor.
