What Causes Constant Sickness, Fatigue And Abdominal Pains?
i constantly feel sick and tired. my breasts are sore and i get abdominal pains. i went to the doctors who recommended a pregnancy test but it came back negative. my stomach seems to be a little more pushed out too so i wondered if there was any chance the urine test was a false positive and i am pregnant
Based on the history you have shared if the urine pregnancy test is negative there is a very little possibility, as it's highly sensitive however one possibility is to test it earlier than expected rise in HCG, so a repeat test after few days is recommended.
You can also get blood HCG levels and ultrasound pelvis for reassurance however, with these symptoms, any possibility of systemic infection should be ruled out with complete blood counts and inflammatory markers.
Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief. Regards
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
