hi
caldwell procedure for maxillary sinus is done in either reccurrent polypisis of maxillary sinus or in sinusitis for its drainage.
now you have excessive sneezing and some allergy related symptoms,so i think you need to take antiallergic medications andyou have to refrain yourself from dust and smoke.
also consult an ent specialist and seek proper help.
regards
