There are many conditions associated with diarrhea and sneezing such as allergy, common cold, viral gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, worm infestation (ascariasis), drug allergy, acute sinusitis and carcinoid syndrome etc. Advise 1. Avoid allergens such as dust and chilly etc 2. You can take anti-histaminc such as diphenhydramine or levocetirizine 5 mg once daily for relief of sneezing. Please do not take any medicine without doctor’s prescription. 3. Investigations – routine examination of stool 4. If stool examination is positive for worms then you can take albendazole 400 mg empty stomach only once in the morning. Please do not take any medicine without doctor’s prescription. 5.
