What Causes Constant Sternal And Upper Back Pain During Chemotherapy?

I am experiencing constant and relentless sternal and upper back pain . I am on chemotherapy for Ovarian Ca and last week started a colony stimulating factor SQ injection for neutropenia. My injections were Fri., Sat, and Sunday and the pain has been over the past few days. Last night and today was worse. Ibuprofen does not relieve the pain.

I really appreciate your concern, here the condition could be due to drug induced hyperacidity and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone" 30 mg once in day, stop taking Ibuprofen it may jeopardize the condition even more worse hope this information helps.
