What Causes Constant Stomach Fullness After Recovering From A Mild Stroke?

Hi I am about 70 years old I can not eat anything my stomach has a feeling of fullness in the morning,afternoon and night, as I have just recovered from mild stroke, it s been 10 days I can hardly eat any thing, I took ganaton 50 my before meal and metocolon 10 my before meal still no result, kindly advise?
