I have a constant tickle in my throat and have battled losing my voice, it will partially come back, only to lose it again. I have no symptoms of any illness (energy levels fine, no loss in appetite, no changes in bowel movement or urination, etc.) recently In the past few days I have developed the need to cough to clear the tickle. It is an overwhelming tickle and now I am experiencing a choking tickling sensation and go into coughing fits and feel my air way is getting cut off. My eyes tear and it is very overwhelming/unsettling. Drinking water helps when I can get a second to intake the water when not in midcough. What is causing this and how can I get rid of it?
